Most people who find their way to my work are already self-aware. In fact if you are someone who is committed to a lifelong journey of healing, personal growth and learning, you are probably already pretty aware of who you are.
You have probably also read the books.
Can name your patterns.
And know why they react the way they do.
And yet, they’re still stuck.
Still looping in the same relationships.
Still burning out despite “knowing better.”
Still freezing when it matters — or over-efforting after promising themselves they wouldn’t.
This is usually the moment they say something quietly, almost apologetically:
“I don’t understand. I’m so aware. Why isn’t it changing?”
Here’s the truth most personal growth spaces don’t say out loud:
Awareness is not the problem.
Lack of diagnosis is.
And awareness is usually not enough
You gotta put in the effort to make the changes that you want to see.
Awareness Is Data — Not a Blueprint
Awareness gives you information.
You notice the pattern.
You name the trigger.
You understand the wound.
You can even trace it back to childhood.
That’s not nothing.
But it’s also not enough.
Awareness is raw data.
And raw data, on its own, does not tell you:
- what to prioritise
- what to stop forcing
- what is structurally changeable
- what must be worked with, not against
Without diagnosis, awareness quietly turns into self-management.
You become very good at watching yourself struggle —
and very confused about why insight hasn’t set you free.
My Turning Point: When Insight Stopped Helping
For a long time, I believed the answer was more awareness.
More journaling.
More reflection.
More understanding.
I could articulate my inner world beautifully — and still:
- override my body and indulge in unhealthy eating habits
- choose misaligned timelines or people
- feel overwhelmed
- repeat emotional dynamics I had already “healed” (or thought I did)
At some point, the gap became impossible to ignore.
I didn’t need another realisation.
I needed to understand how my system actually worked.
That was the moment everything shifted —
when I stopped asking:
“What’s wrong with me?”
and started asking:
“What am I built for?”
PS: And.. somtimes, our awareness surfaces to us some patterns which we struggle to make sense of too. This is where my energy mapping framework may help you best.
The Architecture Metaphor (Why This Changes Everything)
Think of your life like a building.
Awareness is noticing:
- cracks in the walls
- drafts near the windows
- doors that won’t close properly
Diagnosis is understanding:
- which walls are load-bearing
- where the foundation is misaligned and needs fixing
- what was never meant to hold that kind of weight
You don’t shame a building for cracking.
You assess the structure.
Yet most people are trying to renovate their lives with inspiration, mindset, and discipline — without ever checking the blueprint.
The Sovereign Diagnostic (High-Level Only)
This is the foundation of my Life Architect work.
Not a method to “fix” you —
but a way to read your system accurately before attempting change.
Nothing here is about forcing transformation.
It’s about designing in accordance with reality.
1. Your Energetic Blueprint or Archetype
This layer answers a question most people never think to ask:
What kind of system am I operating in?
Some people are designed for:
- cyclical output, not constant momentum
- depth over speed
- long incubation before decisive action
Others genuinely thrive on:
- pressure
- visibility
- rapid execution
When you force yourself into a structure your system isn’t built for, no amount of awareness will save you from burnout, self-doubt, or chronic frustration.
My energetic archtype work doesn’t just tell you what to do.
It tells you what type of person you are and why your life may be the way it is
It’s the single biggest thing that has changed my life in recent years.
I now know that gym workouts aren’t healthy for me, I cannot drink certain types of tea, and that even living or being in specific countries in the world may stifle me or encourage my growth.
You won’t know any of these from reading self-help books or attending personal growth seminars, because all that information works for the masses, and are not tailored to you specifically.
If you are looking for something tailored and specific, archetype work is for you.
2. Shadow & Nervous System Patterns
This layer explains why insight disappears the moment things get real.
You might know you’re safe —
but your body disagrees.
Freeze can look like:
- clarity without movement
- “waiting for the right time”
Fawn can look like:
- love
- loyalty
- over-consideration
Hyperfocus can masquerade as passion.
Until you understand how safety, threat, and capacity actually operate in your system, awareness may not be enough to stop you from repeating certain patterns in life.
Avoiding romance or friends, being hyper-independent and refusing any help, attracting emotionally unavailable partners or friends, feeling alone no matter where you are – all these things and more are very much driven by your subconscious where your shadow lies, as well as what is familiar to your nervous system.
These things drive us and trigger us on a level so out of our conscious mind that many of us do not even realise what is going on.
The time has come to do the work!
3. Pattern Re-Sequencing
Only after understanding your energetic map and nervous system diagnosis does technique matter.
Language, meaning-making, and internal patterning are powerful —
but only when they’re applied in the right order, to the right system.
Otherwise, tools quietly become another way to tell yourself:
“I should be able to do this by now.”
Learning how to switch your mindframes when you want to welcome a new habit in life (and many things in life are basically just habits), learning how to anchor a new behaviour.. these are things that will help you make your new life “stick”.
But it’s important to make the “right” habits stick hence why this step comes last.
The Five Core Dynamics (The Map Most People Are Missing)
Almost every struggle I see lives inside one of these tensions:
- Capacity vs Demand — trying to meet expectations your system cannot sustain
- Timing vs Pressure — forcing decisions before clarity is available
- Identity vs Strategy — adopting methods that contradict who you are
- Safety vs Desire — chasing what excites you while ignoring what stabilises you
- Energy vs Expectation — living according to ideals rather than reality
You don’t resolve these by trying harder.
You resolve them by designing your life better.
Let’s see how Annie* (not her real name) did this for herself. She’s a client who started working with me years ago and has okay-ed her story to be shared.
Annie’s Story
She came in saying:
“I know exactly why I do this. I just can’t stop.”
Annie was struggling with limerence – which is an emotional-driven, fantasy attachment to real life people. The attachment can be intense, obsessive and long drawn (she had been experiencing this on and off for years) and is driven by many different factors.
She was one of the rare few who were limerent and came to see me about their struggles, and who was very clear what she needed to do and determined to change.
However, she was struggling to do so.
She wasn’t blocked.
She wasn’t resistant.
She wasn’t unmotivated.
She just hadn’t understood herself in the right way and were using techniques that didn’t click with her. Furthermore, her shadow self kept interfering and rearing its ugly head whenever she tried to get to know a real-life partner romantically. That was how she found herself limerent over and over again, as it felt safer than being in a real-life relationship.
Once we diagnosed:
- where her energy was drained and what replenished it
- how her nervous system responded to urgency and her shadow self always was drawn to controlling partners
- what techniques were realistic for her
The limerent spiral gradually stopped — not because she tried harder,
but because she stopped fighting herself.
That’s what sovereignty feels like.
Less force. More precision.
From Awareness to Architecture
If you are anything like Annie,
You are not broken.
You are not behind.
You are not failing at healing.
You are operating without a diagnostic system.
And once you have one, everything else becomes quieter, cleaner, and more honest.
Are you ready to build your dream life?
If this resonated, the next step isn’t motivation.
It’s diagnosis.
I’ve created:
- a Life Architect audio series to guide this way of seeing yourself (sign up in the email form above!)
- and diagnostic books for those who want structure, not slogans
No pressure.
No fixing.
Just clarity —
the kind that actually holds.
This goes beyond therapy
Many of the people who come to me have been ones who have found therapy unhelpful. While I can’t vouch for what they expreienced, my own prsonal experience with therapy years ago is that it is not only expensive, but finding a really good therapist is extremely hard.
Also, if you are someone who is drawn to my work, you’d also be the action-oriented, introspective type who actually wants to DO something about your life.
Not sit for hours on a therapist’s couch talking.
Also, I struggled with different forms of coaching, and other workshops over the years as I was looking for a personalised framework of sorts that I could use to start changing my life. While the information I gathered from these places were good, they were not lifechanging and some too generic for me and not helpful.
SO.
If going beyond therapy and getting a personalised framework to change your life and live a life you want – let’s work together to make that happen.
