There’s a version of you that doesn’t get posted on social media.
The one who flares up in jealousy.
Who shuts down when someone gets too close.
Who secretly judges people, then feels guilty for it.
Who self-sabotages, then pretends she has it all under control.
This version of you isn’t evil.
She isn’t broken.
She’s your shadow.
And she wants to be heard.
What is Shadow Work?
Shadow work is the process of meeting the parts of you that you’ve rejected—
the unlovable, the messy, the scared, the angry.
We all have a shadow.
It’s born the moment we first felt: “This part of me is not okay.”
When you’ve done the shadow work – your intuition comes effortlessly, you manifest effortlessly too. Take the quiz below to find out!
Maybe it was the day you were told not to cry.
Or the time your curiosity was called “too much.”
Or when your anger was punished instead of understood.
So you pushed these parts underground.
But they didn’t disappear.
They became louder in other ways—through your triggers, your anxieties, your patterns.
Why It Matters
If you don’t do shadow work, your wounds will run the show.
You’ll blame others. Sabotage intimacy. Get stuck in cycles of shame.
But when you begin shadow work, you start remembering:
“All of me is welcome. Even this.”
A Beginner’s Step:
Begin with a Shadow Journal.
Write down:
- The last time you felt triggered
- What the trigger was
- What part of you was trying to protect you
Don’t fix it. Don’t shame it. Just witness it.
That witnessing? That’s where the healing begins. That’s where the transformation begin.
