Refunds Policy (Applies to Digital Products, Workshops and Mentoring)

Please read this carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products and online services, all sales are final. By purchasing from Abstracted Collective, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • No refunds will be issued for digital products (ebooks, guides, workbooks, audio files, etc.) or 1-on-1 mentoring sessions or workshops—for any reason whatsoever.
  • Once purchased or booked, the item or session is considered consumed. You are investing in my expertise, time, energy, and years of deep study and lived experience—not just the content itself.
  • If you are uncertain about whether a product or service is right for you, please feel free to DM me on Instagram (@abstractedcollective), email me (sara @ abstractedcollective.com) or drop a comment before making your purchase. I’m happy to help clarify.
  • Duplicate purchases will incur a processing fee of $2 for products priced at $10 or less, and $5 for products priced at $10.01 and above.

Turnaround time (for replies, specific purchases, requests)

This is a one-woman business operating at a timezone of GMT+8. Please expect delays in replies. I will get back to you once I’m online.

At Abstracted Collective, your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we use, collect, and protect your personal information.

1. Content, Copyright & Usage

Please credit us when using our content or images. You must obtain written permission to:

  • Reprint posts in full
  • Reproduce or redistribute any content, images, logos, or materials
  • Sell or license our content in any form

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Comments

We love hearing from you, but we maintain a respectful and safe space. We reserve the right to edit or delete comments that are:

  • Spammy or promotional
  • Contain profanity, hate speech, or offensive language
  • Personally attacking or harassing other commenters

We collect your IP address and browser details when you leave a comment, and may use them to filter spam. If you use Gravatar, your profile picture may appear with your comment.

3. Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your experience. Cookies may save your name and email when commenting or logging in. These can be turned off in your browser settings.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (via MonsterInsights) to better understand site traffic. All data is anonymous and in compliance with EU-US Privacy Shield.

5. Email & Newsletter

When you sign up for freebies, newsletters, or content upgrades, you consent to receive occasional updates, offerings, and emails from us via MailerLite.

  • You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Mentoring Terms & Condition

1.Service

These apply to all mentoring services offered by Sara at Abstracted Collective.

A legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and Abstracted Collective (the Mentor) is formed at the point of purchase, when payment has been successfully made and a mentoring session or package has been booked.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this document, including the strict no-refund policy.

All mentoring services — whether single sessions or packages — are considered non-refundable once purchased. No exceptions will be made.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree that results are your own responsibility. This is not therapy or legal/medical advice, please seek a professional if you need help. Mentoring requires your honesty, openness, and willingness to participate. There is absolutely no guarantee that you will achieve the results that was set out at the beginning of the contract.

4. Payments

All sessions must be paid upfront digitally. Services are priced in USD. By booking, you agree to these terms.

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply respected. Anything shared in mentoring remains confidential unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of mentoring services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.
