HOW THE SESSION WORKS

This is a written clarity session via email, not a live call.

It’s designed for people who think best with space — and who want a grounded, considered response rather than an on-the-spot conversation.

Step 1: You Submit Your Focus

After booking, you’ll receive a short intake form.

You’ll be asked to share:

  • one decision or situation you’re currently stuck on
  • brief context (what’s happening, not the full story)
  • any relevant background that helps situate the decision

This session works best when the focus is clear and contained.

Step 2: Diagnostic Review & Orientation

I review your submission through a diagnostic lens — looking at:

  • what’s actually creating the indecision
  • where pressure, fear, or misalignment may be distorting clarity
  • how your energetic and nervous-system patterns are influencing the choice

Step 3: Written Clarity Response

Within the stated timeframe, you’ll receive a structured written response via email. This typically includes:

  • a clear reframing of what’s actually at stake
  • insight into why this decision feels difficult for you
  • guidance on which option (or next step) aligns with your system
  • language you can return to when doubt resurfaces

Step 4: Integration & Movement

Because this is written:

  • you can read it slowly
  • revisit it later
  • sit with the clarity before acting
