About the Author: I’m Sonia, a researcher in interpersonal psychology with over a decade of experience, holding an MSc in psychology, psychiatry, and neuroscience of mental health from King’s College London. I work on the intersection of both energy-based healing techniques and evidence-based tools from psychology and psychotherapy fields. I’ve authored several books on healing deep relationship trauma and many others.
