What worked:
This book has been life changing for me. I picked it up to get rid of some recurring thoughts and habits that I’ve had for the longest time, and which had been rather debilitating at times. The tips are rather simple to implement and shifted my thinking around my behaviour and thought process to situations I found anxiety-inducing.
Being comfortable with anxiety and doubt is never easy, but this book teaches us how to start doing that.
What did not work:
Nothing in particular.

Would be checking out the authors’ other work.
