How this works
- Once payment is made and I’ve confirmed it on my end, I will reach out to you with some instructions, which includes booking my time on a calendar link and doing up some pre-session questions
- Your reply with a description of your situation and my subsequent reply to that will make up a single session. These sessions are done completely over email.

About Me + My Methods
I have close to 10 years of experience as a Research Psychologist in the Organisational Behaviour and Social Psychology fields, with an MSc from King’s College London in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health. I am also an NLP Practitioner and have been doing executive coaching for around 9 years and Life Coaching/Consulting for around 7 years.
My method is a combination of several tools – psychology, neuroscience, spirituality with a huge dose of a rationality/tough love and compassion. If you are familiar with therapy – I take a pretty SFBT (Solutions-based focused therapy) approach to my client’s questions mixed in with my own experiences.
You will come away feeling better, more inspired and with a set of tools that will enable to take the next step in your life.

- I do not give advice pertaining to “Does my crush/date/mum/boss/sisters etc like me?” I am unable to give an accurate read of someone else’s feelings or thoughts through your perspective.
- Coaching is not therapy. While I am happy to help if you have mild mental health issues (i.e. anxiety, depression), please be aware that a regular coaching session may not be right for you if you have more challenging mental health issues. A licensed therapist would be in a better position to help you. If you are unsure, do DM me here to chat first
