About the Author: I’m Sonia, a researcher with over a decade of experience in interpersonal psychology. I hold an MSc in psychology, psychiatry, and the neuroscience of mental health from King’s College London, and I’m also an NLP practitioner. I’ve written several books on healing deep relationship trauma, and I’ve personally battled retroactive jealousy in my own relationships.
