How It Works:

  1. Book Your Session: Choose a date/time that works best for you.
  2. Share the topic or challenge you’d like to work on. (the more specific you are, the better)
  3. I will email you back to confirm the details/topic
  4. You will respond with your 200 word email
  5. I will reply 48-72 hours from the date you’ve indicated in (1)

About the Author: I’m Sonia, a researcher in interpersonal psychology with over a decade of experience, holding an MSc in psychology, psychiatry, and neuroscience of mental health from King’s College London. I work on the intersection of both energy-based healing techniques and evidence-based tools from psychology and psychotherapy fields. I’ve authored several books on healing deep relationship trauma and have personally conquered limerence after decades of struggle. I’m completely free of it now and have never been happier. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
