A Life of Productivity

This is my favourite time management/productivity blog. What started out as a year-long productivity experiment for Chris Bailey turned out to be an extremely successful blog and business.  His main topic is productivity but he write on related topics like time management, mindfulness, maintaining your energy and attention and many more. I am a subscriber and I absolutely love how unique his tips are. He also has a section on experiments, which are personal productivity and time management experiments he’s taken on himself and the results. And another section filled with interesting interviews with time management experts and thought leaders. I also find his blog design to be really clean and easy to navigate.

Time Management Ninja 

Craig Jarrow is the author of this site and he writes about goal setting, time management and productivity. I really enjoy his “TMN Tip” series in particular. They are short weekly reminders on the little things we could do to make better use of our time.

Productivityist

Mike Vardy writes many articles on time management, productivity, energy and other personal effectiveness topics. He also has a podcast and interviews many experts from varying fields on it. I personally subscribe to Mike’s blog and I really enjoy it. It’s packed with very interesting tips and ideas that you can start incorporating into your life.

This site covers a wide array of topics on personal growth and self improvement. But it also covers topics like productivity, time management, clutter, habits, psychology and many more. Articles are interesting and easy to read.

This blog focuses on helping people finish their work in the most efficient ways possible. They have a podcast which is frequently updated with expert conversations and tips for people wanting to be more efficient and manage their time better.

Although his target audience are working professionals with busy home lives, his tips are applicable to everyone else.

Huffington Post – Time Management

I chanced upon HuffPost’s time management section whilst scanning their site for other stuff  – and what a pleasant surprise this is. They write about time management tips and techniques, which involves everything else from eating breakfast and waking up early to procrastination. The site’s design is also clean and nice.

Reddit – Time Management

This technically isn’t a blog per se and reddit seems to bring up some strong emotions in some people. But, if you scroll through the posts,  there are some great gems of advice being dished and a ton of great ideas. This was where I got the idea of making everyday a “No Zero Day”(Blog post on it coming up soon). The tips are also pretty unique and some of them aren’t usually found on other time management or personal effectiveness boards.

Rescue Time Blog

From the creators of the app Rescue Time, the blog offers lots of practical tips on how to manage your time better. Be it writing better notes, communicating better with colleagues to starting the day off with a good mood, this blog has got all areas of efficient time management covered.

Entrepreneur

This site offers time management tips that are targeted at entrepreneurs. But their tips are also very applicable to the rest of us who are trying to be more efficient with our time and plan our schedules a bit better.
