Write an effective to-do list

Declutter your life – don’t add too many tasks to your to-do list.

Just doing quick, easy tasks gives you a false sense of accomplishment. And you’ll find that even though you’ve been busy all day, you haven’t made much progress on your important goals.

You need to ingrain focus into your personality. Choose the most important tasks and let go of the rest. 

Use the A/B/C system to prioritise your workload. Give each of your tasks an A/B/C mark depending on its importance. 

Resist the temptation to rate too many tasks as A. Seriously, not everything is that important.
