  • Also, think about your tasks. Are they high intensity (requires alot of thought, time and uninterrupted work time, or to learn something new) or low intensity (meeting friends,doing laundry and so on). Some tips:
    • Batch your low intensity tasks together
    • Get to know which times of the day you are best primed to do high-intensity tasks
